I do a 5k run with 15 mins of Navy seal burpees. Hurts like hell. I never look forward to it. I do it for my mental health. Toughen up my mind, get the wimpy-ness out of me for the day haha. #letsgo

Seth, I started watching you because you approach lifting the way I do. It was great to see how you explain things and you are the only one I watch, aside from Meadows videos, to keep me motivated. And you have done it again. A little personal here. I am a disabled Vet, I deal with suicidality and depression - of which I was in the hospital for last December - and most days the only thing that gets me out of bed is going to do a workout. With that I would be dead by now. It does not matter how I feel. Monday through Friday, 8pm to 10pm weights and cardio. The intensity may vary or if I am not feeling great maybe do high reps or cables, whatever, it is a life saver. It means a lot to hear you talk about this stuff because usually people do not want to talk about this. Thank you.
